Return and Exchange Conditions
Pursuant to the terms of the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection, amended by Law No. 4822, our company is obliged to apply the terms of "product return" and "defective product return". (Except for products that do not have the right of withdrawal) Our customers have the right to return the product without using it within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receipt, in the form it was purchased, by contacting Customer Services ( 0540 366 55 55 whatsapp). The items sent with the product (box, packaging, invoice, delivery note and all other elements) must be sent completely to the address specified by our company for the return process. Our company is not responsible for any deficiencies, losses or damages during the return shipment process.
We cannot make returns/cancellations on personalized jewelry (name-date printing, size reduction-enlargement, letter necklaces, rings with altered standard sizes (made-to-measure wedding rings, fingerprint products, promotional products, discounted products, opportunity products, etc.) and investment gold and silver (bullion, quarter, gram gold, unworked bracelets, etc.). However, according to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, which is valid for all products, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal in contracts regarding goods and services whose prices change depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider.

If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches İzgi Kuyumculuk . The Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection, amended by Law No. 4822, grants consumers the right to return defective products in addition to the right of withdrawal. According to the law, if a defect in the product is determined by authorized experts within 30 days following the date of sale, our company is obliged to provide the consumer with a refund, exchange for a defect-free product, a discount in proportion to the defect or free repair. If no defect is detected in the product, no other right can be claimed other than the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days.
