Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded between the user (“Member”) who becomes a member in order to benefit from the services offered through the www.izgikuyumculuk.com website (“Site”) and izgikuyumculuk.

1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
1.1. The Member undertakes that the information provided during registration to the Site is accurate and complete.
1.2. The Company provides products and services to the Member through the Site and undertakes to provide the orders placed by the Member within the specified periods.
1.3. The Member accepts that all transactions carried out on the Site comply with the current legislation.
1.4. The membership account is personal and the Member cannot transfer or allow the account to be used by third parties.

2. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
2.1. The Member has the right to resign from membership at any time. Membership cancellation requests can be made by the Member from the relevant section on the Site.
2.2. The Company has the right to terminate the membership if the Member acts contrary to this Agreement.

3. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Member's personal data are processed and stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and relevant legislation.
3.2. The Company is obliged not to share Member information with third parties, but may provide information to the relevant authorities in case of legal obligations.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, visuals and designs presented on the site belong to İzgi Kuyumculuk, and the Member cannot copy, reproduce or use these contents for commercial purposes.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon the Member becoming a member of the Site.
5.2. The Company has the right to make changes to the provisions of this Agreement. Changes shall enter into force by notification to the Member.

6. COMPETENT COURT

Samsun Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
